West Texas Comanches continue to hold No. 6 spot in Week 7 THSCA Coaches Poll

The Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) released their Week 7 Regional Coaches Poll. The West Texas Comanches (5-1), fresh off a 38-30 home victory over the Panhandle Panthers (3-3), continue to hold the No. 6 spot in the poll. The Comanches have won four straight games.

Sophomore quarterback Jalin Conyers continues to show why he's one of the top stars in the Texas Panhandle. Against Panhandle, he tossed three touchdowns, throwing for 157 yards. He rushed for another 127 yards with two more scores. On the defensive side, Seth Young had 15 tackles with nine solo tackles.

The Comanches host conference rival Boys Ranch (0-6) Friday, October 20. Kickoff is 7:00 pm. at Comanche Stadium.
