Amarillo Zoo features Migratory Bird Day May 6

The Amarillo Zoo celebrates Migratory Bird Day Saturday, May 6. The Go wild! Go birding! event is set to begin at 1:00 p.m. and continue to 3:00 p.m. The zoo will help visitors explore tools and techniques to make your backyard a safe stop over for migratory birds. Bird-themed discovery stations will be set up throughout the zoo encouraging kids to learn more about our feathered friends. Parents can sample bird-friendly coffee from Costa Rico. The event is free with general admission to the zoo.
