Perryton to host Plains States Ranch Rodeo Apr. 21-22 benefiting wildfire relief

Perryton, TX will host the Plains States Ranch Rodeo and Open Bronc Riding benefiting wildfire relief Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22. The ranch rodeo will be held at the Ochiltree County Arena located 402 Expo Dr. Each performance begins at 6:00 p.m. The event benefits the Working Ranch Cowboys (WRCA) Foundation Wildfire Relief Fund. Donations will be accepted as gate admission.

The rodeo features ranch bronc riding, stray gathering, wild cow milking, branding doctoring and more. The rodeo will be capped at 24 teams with four to six members each, and 50 open ranch bronc riders with a 10 head short go. Performances will be split, with 12 teams and 25 open ranch bronc riders each night. The event includes a silent auction fundraiser. Saturday evening will feature the Odessa Chuck Wagon Gang ribeye steak & potato feed for $15 plate. With your meal purchase, you receive free admission to the Saturday night rodeo.
