Amarillo Zoo hosts "Buggin' Out" program August 13

Join the Amarillo Zoo staff and volunteers Saturday, August 13 as they present "Buggin' Out" from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. See and learn about our 6 and 8-legged friends! The zoo will have stations set up in the zoo's education center featuring "bugs" of all different shape, color and sizes. See and learn about the Brown Recluse and Black Widow spiders. Meet live Madagascar hissing cockroaches and the Brazilian giant cave roaches. There's lots more and visitors will make a special 6-legged craft to take home too.
