Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service offers Pre-Plant Producer Program Jan. 27

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is holding a pre-plant producer program for agriculture growers in our region on Wednesday, January 27. The event starts at 9:00 a.m. in Canyon at the Kuhlman Extension Center located at 200 N. Brown Rd. There is a $10 fee at the door which includes lunch. "We want to educate producers on some strategies for managing issues they may face during the upcoming planting season," said Dr. J.D. Ragland, AgriLife Extension agriculture and natural resources agent for Randall County.

The program, sponsored by Randall County Crops and Beef Cattle Committee, will offer two Texas Department of Agriculture continuing education units. For more information, contact Ragland at (806) 468-5543 or by email r-ragland@tamu.edu.
