SpaceX nails sea landing in Atlantic Ocean

Elon Musk's SpaceX, after several failed attempts, successfully landed an unmanned rocket on a football field-sized floating platform in the Atlantic Ocean. It's the first launch to resupply the International Space Station since its rocket exploded last year.

The sea landing was heralded as yet another breakthrough milestone for the commercial spaceflight industry. The successful landing demonstrates the cost of space fight may become much less expensive and is a key step toward making space travel more routine.

SpaceX broadcast the launch and landing live on its website.
