AMARILLO---Memorial services for Edna Allen Stutzman, 80, will be at   2 p.m.  Monday at the First Baptist Church Chapel in Amarillo under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. 

 Mrs. Stutzman died Friday, April 24.  She was born in Moon, Texas in Cottle County on May 2, 1933 to Jesse and Pearl Allen.  She graduated from Paducah High School.

Mrs. Stutzman worked at the Amarillo Veterinary Clinic,  Amarillo Production Credit Association, and the American Quarter Horse Association.

She married Garland Stutzman on Dec. 31, 1977.  They were married for 33 years.  

Mrs. Stutzman was a member of the First Baptist Church.  She was a lifetime member of the Parent/Teacher Association (PTA) and was a scout den mother.  She enjoyed playing bunko and was an avid Texas Rangers fan.

She is survived by three sons, Dennis Burton of Hale Center, Ronald Burton of Amarillo, and James Weldon Burton of Tennessee Colony; two sisters, Joyce Campbell of Matador, and Jonnye Riggan of Castle Rock, Col.; a brother, Louie Allen of Clovis, Calif;  eight grandchildren, Rebecca Cooper and Elizabeth Winks of Borger, Jacob Burton of San Antonio, Jenny Burton , Jessica Verble, Kim Burton, Stephanie Foster, and Ben Fullerton , all of Amarillo;  seven great-grandchildren, Gavin and Mason Cooper of Borger, True Gibson, Addisin Hutchison, and Kylie Burton, all of Amarillo,  Jacob Allen and Jensen Burton, both of San Antonio;  a stepson, Dane Stutzman of Dallas;  two grand step sons, Mickey Stutzman of Lubbock, and Michael Stutzman of Dallas; and four step great grandchildren, Hunter, Kyler, Luke and Jamie Stutzman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland; her parents, a sister, four brothers, and a step-son.
