'Affluenza' teen, Ethan Couch, and his mother Tonya Couch are facing new charges after being caught in the Mexican resort city of Puerto Vallarta. According to authorities a cellphone used to order pizza gave away their location. Couch disappeared several days ago. His trial became famous after a defense expert argued his wealthy parents coddled him into a sense of irresponsibility. The expert coined the condition "affluenza" which drew surprise and ridicule. The condition is not recognized as a medical diagnosis by the American Psychiatric Association.

Couch was on juvenile probation after killing four people in a drunken driving wreck. Authorities have not announced if other charges will be filed against any accomplices.
