
Colder air will move from the northeast toward the southwest on Thursday dropping high temperatures for the majority of the High Plains closer to the 30-year average high this time of the year (51 degrees) by late day. The wind will blow from the northeast at speeds averaging 5-15 mph during the morning before shifting to the south in the afternoon at the same average speeds. Skies will be partly to occasionally mostly cloudy on Thursday.
