Tonight is the night!
HOPE 2012, with a theme of “This Is Cure Country, A Tribute to 25 years of HOPE,” is set to begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at the Crutch Ranch.
Robert Earl Keen will be the headliner for the event, and the Buster Bledsoe Band will be this year's dance band. Honorary chairs this year are Brandon Beagle and Melissa Hansen.
The meal for this year is a prime rib dinner with all of the fixings from Big Texan Catering.
The raffle prize is an Opryland Getaway, which includes airfare for two and a three-night stay at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tenn.
The schedule of events for HOPE 2012 is as follows:
5:30 p.m. - VIP Party (Guests Board Buses at the Dome)
7:00 p.m. - General Admission (Guess Board Buses at the Dome), First and Second Tier Silent Auction Opens
8:00 p.m. - Dinner
8:30 p.m. - First Tier Silent Auction Closes
8:45 p.m. - Honorary Chairs/ACS Donor Awards, Silent Auction closed at this time
9:00 p.m. - Live Auction
9:30 p.m. - Robert Earl Keen takes the stage, Second Tier Silent Auction Opens
10:45 p.m. - Second Tier Silent Auction Closes
11:00 p.m. - Specialty Drink Winner announced, Raffle Winner announced, Buster Bledsoe takes the stage
1:00 a.m. - Have a safe ride home!
No one under the age of 21 will be admitted, and due to wildfire danger, smoking will not be permitted at the ranch.
