UPDATE: Monday weather

March 3, 2013

A cold front will sweep through the region on Monday, shifting our winds around from the west to the northeast at speeds averaging 20-30 mph. Compared to Sunday, high temperatures will drop about 10 degrees as highs rise into the upper 50s to the mid 60s by late day. Partly cloudy skies will prevail throughout the day on Monday with some upper level energy moving into the area during the late afternoon and evening. This could produce some isolated showers across the Panhandle for Monday night.
