Timothy Jack Hutton

Timothy Jack Hutton, 64, an area resident for 31 years, passed away Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, at his home after a short battle with cancer.
       Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Chapel. Pastor Joseph Canfield of A Neighborhood Church will officiate.
       Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hutton Foundation, 569 C.R. #3581, Paradise, Texas 76073 would be appreciated.
       Tim was born April 11, 1949, in Phoenix, Ariz., to Jack and Evelyn Hutton. When he was 6 months old, his family moved to Abilene, making him a true Texan. Tim married the love of his life, Gloria Aston, on Jan. 18, 1969, in Dexter, N.M. He graduated from Turkey High School in 1967.
       Tim was an ordained minister and was dedicated to showing God’s love. He devoted his life to serving people. He loved to encourage and bring the best out of people. He served as a mentor to many of his friends and acquaintances. Tim founded Hutton Financial Advisors in 1990 with his son and partner, Paul. He developed lasting friendships with his clients. He established the Hutton Foundation to empower others in need. He deeply enjoyed his family, and his grandchildren were the highlight of his life.
       Survivors: Tim is survived by his wife, Gloria Aston Hutton; sons, James Hutton and his wife, Amy, Paul Hutton and his wife, Vanessa, and Will Scarlett; daughters, Olivia Booth and her husband, Daniel, Glenna Knox and her husband, Shannon, and Monica Scarlett; mother, Evelyn Emfinger; sister, Marilyn Harrelson and her husband, Phillip; brother, David Hutton and his wife, Glenna; grandchildren, Ella and Timothy Hutton, Kylie, Alisha, Gabriel and Owen Knox, Mathew and Ashley Booth, and Cordell Scarlett; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
