The Stinnett Police Department has become very slim on officers while criminal activity has increased and citizens are worried for their safety for their family and homes.
Citizens are invited to come out for a neighborhood watch development meeting Tuesday night on July 19, 2011 at 6 p.m. at the community center in Stinnett.
Local Stinnett Citizen Susan Reed wants to bring the community together and start a neighborhood watch program for the City of Stinnett.
Reed stated that she just want to get the community involved and help one another out.
There will also be a local law enforcement officer present at the meeting to give tips and answer any questions the citizens may have.
