State Champions!!!

Tuesday morning the Borger Mixed Doubles team of senior Josh Madden and junior Abbie Madden won the 3A State Title at the State Tennis Tournament in Austin.
The pair won the championship match in straight sets over Laird Beaty and Courtney Johnson of Lindale 6-4, 6-2.

That's great news! I'm so glad to hear Borger has state champions in tennis. That's great news for Josh & Abbie and for the whole community. The tennis team has had a great year, and I'm proud of all of them.
