Randy Eugene Green

Randy Eugene Green, 67, went home to be with the Lord on March 30, 2012 in Denison, Texas. He was born October 22, 1944 in Durant, OK, to V.R. and Hollie Green. He attended Phillips High School. He served in the navy from 1962-1966, two years overseas in Vietnam. He resided in Plemons, Tx. and was employed as a field supervisor and managed oil and gas production and construction. He moved to Colbert OK in 1992.
Randy loved his family and took special pride in being “Pappy”. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ricky and Ronny Green, and Father, V.R. Green. He is survived by his mother, Hollie Green, of Amarillo, Tx., one sister, Revice Ruppanner, of Amarillo, Tx., one brother, Rudy Green, of Amarillo, Tx, his wife, Kathy, of Colbert, Texas, one daughter, Misty Wilson, of Mineral Wells, Texas, one son, Randy Green II of Borger, Texas, one step-daughter, Stephanie Koontz, of Colbert, Texas, nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 2, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Old Church, Bennington, OK. Arrangements made by Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Colbert, Texas and officiated by Christina Green, daughter-in-law.
He will be greatly missed!
