Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM, Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains in Borger, TX with burial to follow at Westlawn Memorial Cemetery in Borger, TX. with Rev. Danny Courtney officiating.
Mr. Sims will lie in state in Borger on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 8:00AM~8:00PM, Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 8:00AM~8:00PM.
