Phyllis Goins

Phyllis Goins, 88, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Saturday, December 31, 2011 in Ozark.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ozark, Ark., a member of Jane Phillips Sorority, and a board member of Sr. Citizens. She was born August 4, 1923 to Ross and Nora Craig Mullins. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James H. Goins and a sister Glenda Sue Cole.
Memorial services were held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 3, 2011 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark, Ark.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol and husband Jim Sands of Ozark, Ark.; brother, B.R. Mullins of Ozark, Ark.; a granddaughter, Lisa Lamb and husband, Lyndon of Talihina, Okla.; two great grandchildren, Briana Sue Lamb and Brandon Chase Lamb.
