The Hutchinson County Historical Museum will celebrate “The boom, the bust and ten years of dust” with a look back at the first twenty years of Borger.
On March 10, 2013, at 2 p.m. the museum is presenting a lecture program given by Krissy Scotten, NOAA Warning Coordination meteorologist, who will share current and projected environmental changes and current dust bowl conditions.
