NEWS: Borger police arrest citizen on drug charges

Borger police arrested Charles Colby Griffin, 25, on Jan. 15, 2013 for for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; Methamphetamines; in an amount Greater than Four Grams but Less than Two Hundred Grams, which is a Felony of the First Degree. The Felony can and may result in a Punishment by Imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Prison System for Life or any term not more than 99 years or less than 5 years, as well as a fine not to exceed $10,000.00.
