NEWS: Borger PD investigating teen deaths

March 18, 2013

The Borger Police Department is investigating the deaths of two teens that occurred Sunday afternoon.
At 2:30 p.m., officers were called to 703 East Sixth Street, where two unresponsive subjects were found, according to Lt. Anthony Griffin of the BPD.
The incident is still under preliminary investigation, but according to witnesses, the two subjects, identified as 18-year-old Kevin Cardona and 17-year-old Raymond Domingues, had overdosed on over-the-counter and prescription pills. Lt. Griffin said this cannot be confirmed by police until an autopsy is done, which is scheduled to take place today. Preliminary autopsy reports should be available within about two days. A toxicology report will take two to three weeks for full confirmation.
