NEWS: Animals can’t be sold, given away on public property

It is against the law to sell or give away animals on public property.
According to Animal Control supervisor Betsy Parks citizens cannot sell animals or even give them away on public priorities such as street corners, off of right-of-ways, school properties, parking lots (this included Wal-Mart parking lot) etc.
