January 23, 2012

Miles McKinney

On Sunday morning, Borger High School senior Miles McKinney verbally committed to play collegiate football for the Henderson State University Reddies.
McKinney was a three year letterman for the Borger Bulldogs, where he was a First Team District 1-3A selection at linebacker for the 2010 and 2011 seasons.
In the 2011 season, McKinney was a part of 159 tackles, 87 solo tackles, and played a key role in a Bulldog defense that allowed just 905 rushing yards.
McKinney also played tight end for the Bulldogs.
Henderson State is a Division II school located in Arkadelphia, Ark., and is a part of the Great American Conference.
In 2011, the Reddies went 6-4 and are head coached by Scott Maxfield, who just finished his seventh year leading the football program.
