Local man electrocuted near refinery

Anthony Manzella, 19 years of age, Fritch was electrocuted while working on a privately owned power head power line line near ConocoPhillips Refinery on Monday around 10 a.m.
Manzella was standing in a cherry picker bucket on a service truck when he was electrocuted.
He did not fall out of the bucket. Crew members working with Manzella called 911.
The man was a employee for B&G Electric. Chief Deputy James Qualls from the Hutchinson County Sheriff’s Office said the Justice of the Peace pronounced him dead at the scene.
Officer Qualls said at this time the sheriff’s office is working on more information.
