On Saturday, the Johnson Park Youth Center hosted their second official disc golf tournament that drew in 27 entries from around the area.
Johnson Park Youth Center Supervisor Annadon Keys was pleased with the turnout and tournament saying, “We all had a great time, I think everyone enjoyed being involved with the Disc Golf Tournament today. They had nothing but compliments for the Johnson Park Disc Golf course from its design, up keep of course and our facility. Weather permitting we will be planning more disc golf
tournaments in the future.”
Keys added that the tournament featured the courses first “Hole-in-One” that she is aware of.
Between the two rounds of the tournament, the youth center provided hot dogs with all the fixings for the players.
