James Randall “Randy” Galloway, 61, of Borger, died Wednesday, January 18, 2012.
No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Randy Galloway was born December 13, 1950 in El Reno, Oklahoma to James E. and Helen M. (Keller) Galloway. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1973. Randy married Carol Keenon July 30, 1977 in El Reno, Oklahoma, and had lived in Borger since 1989. He retired from Mewbourne Oil Company in Amarillo, and Phillips Petroleum Company as a petroleum land man. Randy was very proud of his children, loved his grandchildren, hiking, sports, going on scenic drives, and visiting with people.
Randy Galloway is survived by his wife Carol; son Michael Galloway and wife Amber of Lawton, Oklahoma; his daughter Katy Williams and husband Ben of Borger; two grandchildren; Makayla and Jason Williams; father, James Earl Galloway of El Reno, Oklahoma; father and mother-in-law; Vardie and Maxine Keenon of El Reno, Oklahoma; sisters-in-law, Beverly Labahn and husband Lamar of El Reno, Oklahoma, Phyllis Hopkins and husband Larry of Oklahoma City, and several nieces and nephews.
Randy is preceded in death by his mother Helen M. Galloway.
