James Alfred Wall
James Alfred Wall, 88, of Mansville, Okla., passed away Dec. 24, 2011, at his home in Mannsville. He was born in Stratford, Okla., on Aug. 7, 1923, to the late James Hilburn Wall and Gladys Beulah Lewelling Wall. James was raised in Stratford and later moved to Borger, Texas. In 2002, he moved to Mannsville where he lived for the rest of his life. He married Aliomae Weems on March 31, 1946, in Pauls Valley, Okla. James was a retired operator and shift supervisor for Phillips Petroleum Company and he also did carpentry work. He enjoyed fishing, reading, and spending time with his family.He is survived by his wife Aliomae Wall of Mannsville, Okla., children, Kathy Jane Ingram of Coalgate, Okla., and James Ray Wall of Katy, TX; grandchildren, Angela Dawn Ingram of Springfield, Mo., Tiffany Ranae Landry of Tuttle, Okla., Daniel Aaron Ingram of Altus, Okla., and Lauren Carrol Wall and James Chandler Wall, both of Katy, TX; great-grandchildren, Levi Trent Ingram of Altus, Okla., and Cianna Hope Landry of Tuttle, Okla.; and siblings, Robert (Bob) Wall of Deer Park, TX; Annie Gilbert of Lexington, Okla., Florence Johnson of Allen, Okla., Betty Wall of Ada, Okla., and Richard Wall of Stratford, Okla.James was preceded in death by his parents, one child Mary Ruth Wall, one grandchild James Trevor Wall and five siblings, Lorene Skelly, Bernice Wall, J.T. Wall, Thelma Lee Wall, and Ed Wall.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gateway Baptist Church, Borger, Texas, and the American Cancer Society.Visitation will be Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm @ Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma. Family and friends will meet Thursday, December 29th at 11 am @ the Gateway Baptist Church Fellowship Building, Borger, Texas.Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 28, 2011, at 10:00 am at the Mannsville Baptist Church, Mannsville, Oklahoma. Kevin Russell and Chris Rawlinson will officiate the services. Interment will be Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Westlawn Memorial Park, Borger, Texas. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma.
