Happy State Bank of Borger is getting ready to break ground on a new facility.
Mike Amos, president of the Borger market, and J. Pat Hickman, Chairman and CEO of Happy State Bank, are happy to announce the groundbreaking of Happy State Bank's new building in Borger at 1431 West Wilson.
The groundbreaking will be taking place at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012. Amos said the new branch will be located directly across from the Pizza Hut off of Wilson Street near the new Church of God facility and down the road from the new Golden Plains Community Hospital. All are invited to attend.
“We are excited about this new office being built in Borger,” he said. “The location is ideal for convenient banking for our customers. We are proud to be a part of new development and growth in the City of Borger.”
He said the best way for people coming in and out of the groundbreaking would be off of Roosevelt Street.
