Grass Grazing and Animal Management School begins July 21 in Canadian

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service kicks-off their 10-month Grass Grazing and Animal Management School Thursday, July 21 in Canadian. The school sessions meet for four hours on the third Thursday of each month after the initial session on July 21. Topics will vary and range from grazing management and grass growth best practices, matching animals and resources, water cycle/drought management and a variety of other related topics designed to give participants specialized animal management skills. The Hemphill County Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host the school and is located at 10865 Exhibition Center Road in Canadian.
