FPC Plainsmen split with Redlands CC

EL Reno, Okla.-On Friday, the Frank Phillips College Plainsmen (8-16) split their doubleheader with Redlands Community College 2-0 and 5-6 in Oklahoma.
In game one, Plainsmen pitcher Sam Martin nearly had a no-hitter by giving up just one hit in seven innings of work.
Andrew Landin had a two RBI hit in the first inning to account for all the runs in the game.
In game two, the Plainsmen built a 4-0 lead by the third inning. But Redlands rallied late by scoring five runs in the final three innings to lead them to the one run win.
The Plainsmen wrapped up their three game series with Redlands CC on Saturday afternoon.
