FPC Men improve to 9-2

The Plainsmen have improved to a 9-2 record over the Thanksgiving holiday.
On Wednesday night, they beat Wayland Baptist JV by a score of 88-74. Greg Nelson led all scorers with 18 points and 7 rebounds in the game. Earl Hill finished with 14 points and 7 rebounds and Alex Zivkovic contributed 6 points, 14 rebounds and 6 blocks.
On Friday, FPC faced only their second loss of the season to #6 ranked Hutchinson who is undefeated on the year. The final score was 91-82. Ronald Scott had 25 points, 9 rebounds, 9 assists, and 3 steals. Taquan McDew had 20 points, and Zivkovic had 11 points and 12 rebounds for the Plainsmen.
Saturday, FPC beat KIngdom Prep in a high scoring affair, 105-97. Nelson had 25 points and 5 rebounds, while Scott finished with 23 points, 15 assists, and 9 rebounds. McDew had 17 points, Akeem Johnson 15 points and 8 rebounds, and Zivkovic with 12 points and 8 rebounds for FPC.
On Sunday, the Plainsmen faced NW Tech (4-8) and won 82-79. Hill led all scorers with 24 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. Scott had 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 assists, while Zivkovic finished with 12 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 blocks in the game.
The Plainsmen will not play at home until January 10th, 2013 against Odessa.
