FPC falls to El Paso CC in day two of tourney

After falling to Howard College in the first round of the NJCAA Region V West Tournament on Thursday, the Frank Phillips College Lady Plainsmen tried to keep their season alive when they took on El Paso CC on Friday morning.
The Lady Plainsmen got off to a good start by scoring three runs in the top of the first inning. However El Paso would score five runs in the fith and sixth innings to come away with the 6-3 win, ending the Lady Plainsmen’s 2011 season.
