Emma E. Moser

Emma Elizabeth Moser was born September 11, 1924 and passed away April 26, 2012 at her home in Greeley, Colorado. She was preceded by her husband Jean Walton Moser, June 3, 1985. Also preceding her in death are her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Frank L. Cox, one granddaughter, Wendy Lynn Burleigh, as well as 5 siblings.
Emma is survived by her three daughters: Catherine Moser DeValcourt and husband Bill of Sunset, Louisiana; Deborah Moser Burleigh and husband Raymond of Lafayette, Louisiana; and Tracy Moser Wilson and husband Larry of Greeley, Colorado, and 1 sister, Nadine Cox Moser and husband Bill of Amarillo, Texas.
Emma leaves behind 2 grandsons: Jack W. Burleigh (on active duty in Kuwait) and wife Ivy of Las Vegas, Nevada and Dane L. DeValcourt and wife Nicole of Lafayette, Louisiana; 5 granddaughters: Kristie Gayle Burleigh of Baltimore, Maryland; Dawn DeValcourt Knight (Denney) of Carencro, Louisiana; Stacey Lynn Burleigh of Washington D.C.; Elizabeth Jean Wilson of Greeley, Colorado; and Jean Elizabeth Burleigh of Washington D.C.. Emma also has 6 great grandchildren: Jonathan Burleigh of Las Vegas, Nevada; Joshua Burleigh of Las Vegas, Nevada; Brooke DeValcourt of Lafayette, Louisiana; Kylie Ann Burleigh of Washington D.C.; Kennadi Grace Knight of Carencro, Louisiana; and Kiptyn Ryan Knight of Carencro, Louisiana.
Emma was well loved and respected by everyone who met her. We, her family and friends, will miss her dearly, but know that someday we will all be together again.
A Graveside service was held on Tuesday, at 11:00a.m., at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
