Crime Stoppers seeking help with unsolved burglary

The Crime Stoppers is seeking the help of the public in the resolution of an unsolved burglary that occurred earlier this month.
On March 17, 2011, during the evening hours, a residence in the 1100 block of Carpenter Street was burglarized.
During the burglary, several firearms were stolen from the residence. Also taken from the residence were gun sights, scopes, and rifle cases.
According to Lt. Anthony Griffin of the Borger Police Department, the estimated loss value of the firearms and accessories totaled near $2,000.
Anyone with information in reference to the burglary is asked and encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 806-274-6371.
Crime Stoppers offers rewards ranging from $50 up to $1,000 for relevant information in regards to unsolved criminal incidents.
Anyone with information in reference to an outstanding crime and/or wanted fugitive or fugitives from the law is asked and encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers. Any and all callers will remain anonymous.
However, if callers will provide a working contact telephone number when calling in to Crime Stoppers, a representative will contact the caller back in regards to reward information in the event the information proves relevant to an outstanding crime and/or a wanted fugitive from the law.
Crime Stoppers’ rewards range from $50 up to $1,000 for relevant information in regards to an outstanding crime and/or a wanted fugitive or fugitives from the law.
