Coker to head up Fritch Police Department

The Fritch Police Department has a new chief starting work this Monday.
Bobby Lamb, City Manager for Fritch, announced Kirk Coker as the new Chief of Police for the City of Fritch.
Coker will be coming from the Hutchinson County Sheriff’s Office and resign from his position as Deputy.
Coker will start on Monday August 22, 2011.
Coker will be replacing Terry Cox, who resigned as Chief of Police on July 29, 2011.
Cox worked for the Fritch Police Department for a total of fourteen years.
