On Friday night, the Canyon Eagles took advantage of a sluggish start and 32 turnovers by the Borger Bulldogs to leave Tex Hanna Gym with a 64-43 win.
The Bulldogs only connected on 5 of 17 shots in the first half, while the Eagles nailed four three pointers and 11 of 15 free throws to build a 21 point lead by halftime.

However, the Eagles finished the first period on a 9-2 run to build an 8-18 lead.
