Brenda Kay (Pol) Gooden, 56 years young, lifelong resident of Borger Texas.
Born Dec 3, 1956 in Lubbock, Tx. Died Oct 12, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Bernice Wheeler, “adopted” mother and brother Miss Lee and Bubba Jones
Pol worked in the home health field and housekeeping.
Brenda had a loving heart and friends from all walks of life. She was fun loving and enjoyed life to the fullest, she was a wonderful cook. She loved animals of all kinds, especially her cats.
She is survived by a cherished daughter and son-in-law James and Angel Clement Shine of Dallas Tx, four adored granddaughters; Adonica 11, Ameria 4, Ariyannah 18 mos. and Anayah 6 mos., Her “adopted” family; Arthur and Ellen Cross and their children Sarah, Hannah, Tyah, Zion, Jessie and Sabrina Hawkins Gloria and children Tiana and Mason, her “adopted” brothers and sisters; Carl, Novella, Merlean and Augustine, Irma and James, Bill and Trish, Betty, Ann, and John Jones, Glenda,and the Mrs Irene Clements family. Also, Daniel and Terri Hysmith Burse and family, Denise and Bren Felker, Lee and Mary Francis, Aubrey McWilliams Family and so many more friends and loved ones that there is not room enough to mention but are in our thankful hearts for the love and devotion they bestowed upon Pol.
A memorial service is pending with Brown’s Chapel of the Fountains and beloved friend Carl Taylor.
