BPD continues aggressive narcotics campaign

Five arrests made by department over two-day period

The Borger Police Department continues an aggressive campaign against narcotic related offenses.
During a two-day period, officers of the BPD made five arrests for narcotic-related offenses, according to Lt. Anthony Griffin of the PD.
On Wednesday, March 30, 2011, BPD officers arrested Natalie D. Haynes, 28, of Stinnett, during a routine traffic stop. Haynes was placed under arrest for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1. She was transported to the Borger Police Department where she was processed and incarcerated in the City of Borger jail facility.
On Thursday, March 31, 2011, BPD officers arrested Colby Anthony McDaniel, 19, of Borger; and Jesse Lee Flowers, 20, of Borger, for possession of marijuana during a narcotic investigation being conducted in the 400 block of Harvey Street.
Also on this date, a subsequent narcotic investigation led to the arrest of Noel Holguin Bustillos, 27, of Borger, for possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as Brandi Nicole West, 27, of Borger, for possession of a dangerous drug.
All subjects were transported to the BPD where they were processed and incarcerated in the City of Borger jail facility. No arraignment or bond information is available at this time.
