BPD arrests Borger man on indecency charges

A Borger man was arrested by the Borger Police Department on indecency charges.
On Friday, Oct. 28, 2011, Donald Ray Grisham, a white man 50 years of age, of Borger, was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Division of the Borger Police Department, according to Lt. Anthony Griffin of the BPD.
Grisham was charged with one count on indecency with a child with sexual contact, which is considered a felony of the second degree. He was released on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, after posting a $50,000 bond.
The investigation involving Grisham is ongoing, and additional counts and charges are expected to be presented to a Grand Jury at a later date and time.
