Borger's BEAST Program underway

From Coach Amy Hall: Borger ISD's first combined boys and girls high school and middle school summer athletic development program started on Monday, June 3rd at 6:30 am with 68 athletes attending the first session. By 10:00 am, over 115 athletes had gone through one of the three one and a half hour sessions.

The BEAST (Bulldog Explosive Agility Strength Training) program is designed for all athletes in all sports. Athletes are grouped by level of ability and go through various types of training including chaotic, balance, vertical leap/speed development, explosive power, agility, strength, and core development. It is a 24 session program that runs thru July 18. Videos of sessions are posted to Facebook under Borger BEAST Program.
