Jose Luis Torres, Jr., 22, of Borger, was arrested for driving while license suspended/invalid, driving while intoxicated (second), and possession of a controlled substance (PG 1>=1G<4G).
Tina Palacio Moon, 33, of Borger, was arrested on three warrants.
Bryan O'Neal Allen, 36, of Borger, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury (impede breath/circulation) and assault causes bodily injury.
Jeremiah Joseph Jones, 19, of Borger, was arrested on two warrants.
