Borger looks good during 7-on-7 action in Amarillo

June 30, 2011

Earlier this month, members of the Borger Bulldog football team took part in 7-on-7 action at the Caprock Tournament in Amarillo.
The Borger team made a solid showing by posting a 2-1 record in pool play.
The Borger team’s only loss came against Caprock, 20-13, who went on to win the tournament.
A Borger team of junior high/8th graders also competed in a tournament at Caprock falling to Caprock and Palo Duro along with playing Dalhart to a tie.
Both Borger teams will take part in a 7-on-7 tournament in Plainview, hosted by Wayland Baptist University and Plainview High School on Friday, July 15th.
