Borger library holding Accucut Machine Demonstration

November 7, 2011

Have you ever found yourself sitting up late at night cutting out squares for your quilt by hand? Or maybe you have had to cut out hearts for your child's Valentine's Day project. Well, you don't have to do that anymore! The Friends of the Hutchinson County Library organization has purchased a ACCUCUT Die Cut machine for the public to use at the Borger Branch of the Hutchinson County Library! This machine can cut any material from paper to fabric to cardboard to craft foam! The Friends of the Library organization has also purchased several die cuts to use with the machine. We have the whole alphabet in two different fonts and several shapes of different sizes. We also have watermelon, sunglasses, beach balls, teddy bears, and many, many more! A bulldog, paw print, eagle, and Comanche are available as well. The library will be hosting a free demonstration on the benefits and easy use of the ACCUCUT Machine. Come and join us at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 10, 2011, at the Borger Branch of the Hutchinson County Library. For more information, please contact the library at 273-0126.
