Blood drives coming up in Borger and Fritch

August 20, 2012

The more blood given, the more lives saved.
Borger and Fritch will join with Coffee Memorial Blood Center and save many lives. These blood drives are less than a few days away and are a week apart from each other. So make sure you join in on saving lives.
First, Borger’s blood drive is on August 23 at the Union Hall, 111 E. Coolidge from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Then on August 27, at First Southern Baptist Fellowship Hall, 520 Overland Trail, Fritch will have its blood drive from 2:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
All eligible donors who present to donate will get a free t-shirt.
A photo ID or donor card is required to give, and donors must be at least 17 years of age to be eligible to give blood.
Those wishing to schedule an appointment for the upcoming blood drives can call Coffee Memorial Blood Center 806-358-4563 or Toll Free at: 877-574-8800
The center can also be found online on Facebook, on Twitter, and at www.thegiftoflife.org.
