BFD seeking more information on Friday fire

Borger firefighters are seeking more information on a fire that occurred this past Friday evening.
On The night of Friday, April 22, 2011, a fire was reported to Borger Fire department around 10 p.m.. The fire was located in a field between Arline and Elise street on the north side of town.
It was reported that neighbors saw kids playing with firecrackers and fled the scene before officials showed up.
Fire Marshal Jerry Langwell stated the fire was contained in 45 minutes and out in two hours before it got to a structure 20 feet away. The fire burned between 5-10 acres. No injuries were reported.
