Baylor University fired coach Art Briles and demoted President Ken Starr after scathing report released

The Baylor University board of regents moved quickly, after an external review found university officials failed to respond to reports of sexual assaults by football players. Football coach Art Briles was fired, University President Ken Starr was demoted and Athletic Director Ian McCaw was sanctioned and placed on probation. Further fallout is expected. The external review, conducted by the Philadelphia law firm Pepper Hamilton, faulted administrators, the athletic department and football staff created a perception that "football was above the rules."

What would you recommend for further, if any, punishment?
