Aniyah Nancylynn Jernberg, infant daughter of Andrew and Maria (Guevara) Jernberg, passed away September 3rd, 2012 in Claremore, OK.
Survivors include her parents, Andrew and Maria (Guevara) Jernberg, Pryor, OK; one brother, Joshua Jernberg, TX; 2 sisters, Maricella Guevara, Pryor, OK; Ashlynn Jernberg, Pryor, OK; three grandfathers, Gerald Jernberg, Stinnett, TX; Joe Guevara, Sunray, TX; Scott Hockey, Ozark, AR; grandmother, Lori Hockey, Ozark, AR; two aunts, Josie Guevara, Pryor, OK; Miranda DeLuna, Stinnett, TX; two uncles, Nathan Guevara, Victoria, TX; Cody Jernberg, Stinnett, TX
She was preceded in death by one brother, Matthew Guevara, uncle, Vincent Guevara, and grandmother, Nancy Jernberg.
Wake Service: 7:00p.m., Friday, September 7, 2012 at Ray & Martha’s Chapel, Carnegie, OK
Funeral Service: 11:00a.m., Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Rainy Mountain Kiowa Indian Baptist Church, Mountain View, OK.
Burial will follow at Rainy Mountain Cemetery, Mountain View, OK under the direction of Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home, Carnegie.
