Amarillo High wins Borger Boys Invitational Golf Tournament

On Friday and Saturday, golfers from 13 different schools took part in the Borger Boys Invitational Golf Tournament at the Phillips Golf Course and Borger Country Club.
In a pool of several 4A and 5A schools, the Borger A team made an impressive showing by finishing in third place overall with a team score of 619. Tyler Sosebee led the Borger A team shooting a 77-70-147
The Amarillo High A team took first place shooting 583, led by Hogan Hudgins who took first place overall in the tournament shooting a 69-70-139.
West Texas High junior Nathan Forrest finished in sixth place overall, shooting 72-76-148.
