The Altrusa Craft Show/Flea Market is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11, 2011, out at the Aluminum Done.
This year, Amy Fernandez is serving chairperson of the show, with Vickie Cornelius and Jackie Whatley serving as co-chairs.
Stephanie Frick is also helping to put the show together by sending invitations, accepting reservations, marking spaces, and checking the vendors out at the end.
For this year, vendors are asked to furnish their own chairs and tables, and are required to tape electrical extensions securely to the floor. They will also be asked to set up their booths on Friday, September 9, 2011 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. There will be a fee for an 8 ft. x 8 ft. booth space.
Altrusans will set up the concessions and the kitchen on Thursday, September 8th at 5:00 p.m.
Each club member is required to either work or pay an assessment for not working. Members also are required to furnish food items suitable for the concession.
Show hours will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Another show is scheduled for November 12 and 13.
