The Comanche offense again put up big numbers behind their offensive line with 541 total offensive yards, 441 were on the ground.

Bulldogs hope to carry momentum into showdown with Monahans

September 29, 2011

At this time last week, there were a lot of questions asked about how the Borger Bulldogs were going to respond after their disappointing loss to Dumas.
Fortunately, the answers to those questions were all positive, as the Bulldogs responded with an impressive 30-2 win last Friday against the Graham Steers.
The performance was a complete turnaround from the prior week, as the defense pitched a shutout and limited the Steer offense to 63 yards. The Bulldog offense also did a solid job mixing in the passing game with the ground game to control the clock and wear out the Steer defense.

Borger welcomes Graham to town on Friday

September 22, 2011

As the game with the Dumas Demons moved along last Friday, it was hard not to notice a little bit of frustration creeping into the Borger Bulldogs sideline in their 20-12 loss to send them to 1-3 for the season.
Through three quarters, the Bulldog offense struggled to get much going which led to the defense spending a lot of time out on the field.
