Ranger Tim Cruze, Lake Meredith National Recreation Area Chief of Interpretation invites everyone to come out to the Alibates Fliint Quarries on Saturday, Oct. 4 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. There are many activities planned for the whole family to enjoy such as: hiking tours, a "knap-in" demonstration, prehistoric weapon throwing and much more!
Mr. Duncan and his BHS students will present two plays this coming weekend on Saturday night, Oct. 4, at 7 p.m. Immediately after the production, the audience is invited to a "Nearly Illegal Homemade Dessert Buffet".

The Borger Bulldog Tennis team dominated Pampa on Saturday in their Fall tournament. Look for full results in sports section of the Borger News Herald.
The Lady Bulldogs will be back on the court Turesday night at the Tex Hanna Gym. The Lady Bulldogs will be taking on the Bushland Falcons who are currently ranked number one in 4A state. This will be Borger opening district match.
The Borger Cross Country teams will travel to Lubbock this weekend to compete in the Lubbock Invitational. Look for the results in Monday's sports section of the Borger News Herald paper.
The West Texas Comanches will travel to Spearman to take on a very tough Lynx team this evening. West Texas will try to bounce back from a loss last weekend, so head over and support the Comanches.
